TERMS OF SERVICE

By creating an account or using Masarif (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you don't agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Masarif. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service except as permitted by law.
• Send spam, malware, or automated traffic that disrupts the Service.
• Submit content that infringes third-party rights or is defamatory.
• Bypass rate limits, security controls, or quota enforcement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to Masarif — your transactions, budgets, goals, messages, voice notes, and receipts. You grant Masarif a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

You can export or delete your data at any time from your account.

The Masarif name, logo, designs, and software are owned by Masarif. These Terms grant you no right to use them outside of normal use of the Service. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Masarif is currently free during early access. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will notify existing users by email at least 30 days before any paid features become required, and free-plan users will retain access to a free tier.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose risk to other users or the Service.

On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

Masarif is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of AI-generated insights, or that the Service is fit for any particular purpose. Masarif is not a financial advisor, accountant, or tax professional; information from the Service is not financial, legal, or tax advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masarif and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim or (b) USD 100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute will be brought in the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon, unless required otherwise by mandatory law in your jurisdiction.

Note: jurisdiction may change after legal review.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date will appear at the top. Material changes will be notified by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
